Brendan joined Boston Financial in 2023 to support American Community Capital, with several years of affordable housing experience including portfolio management, project coordination, and transaction oversight. Previously, he was an Analyst at TCAM, where he performed asset management and underwriting services for the LIHTC program. Brendan holds a BS in Business Management from Providence College.
