About The Speakers:

Teri Zack, Director of Risk Management

Teri joined The Baldwin Group in 2017 with the merger of D & M Insurance Solution, LLC, and has over 25 years of insurance industry experience.  She oversees the day to day operations of the Compliance and Servicing operations for our LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit) clients in addition to the risk management review of their potential new investments.  Before D & M, Teri was employed as Risk Analyst at Municipal Mortgage & Equity (MuniMae).   She has extensive insurance experience in the tax credit equity and insurance compliance/servicing.  Teri began her career in 1986 with Superior Insurance Company and held various roles including Regional Customer Service Manager for 5 states.  She is a licensed insurance agent in the State of Florida.

Mike Ryan, Managing Advisor

Prior to teaming up with the Baldwin Group in 2017, Mike was a managing member of D&M Insurance Solutions, LLC and has over 25 years of insurance industry experience.
